A small group of certified Chinese-Japanese Interpretors/Guides in Matsue want to have a meeting with you to talk about further possibilities of Sanin-China exchanges before you leave Matsue, if it should be possible.
I have enjoyed and appreciated your sories very much. Thank you. I wish you the best of luck in China.
Hello Mr. Nakamura, thank you for enjoying my blog. Unfortunately I will not have time to meet and will be busy adjusting to my new job and lifestyle, but I wish you good luck. It may help to speak with people at Matsue City Hall, Yonago City Hall, Shimane Prefecture Office, and maybe also Sakaiminato City Hall to see what kinds of exchanges they are already involved in and what areas they see potential for expansion, especially when the increase in cruise ships from Shanghai and direct flights from Hong Kong. Best of luck, and I will tell my Chinese friends and acquaintances how great the region is!
Thank you for your comment, I’m glad you enjoyed it! I’m not sure yet how much my lifestyle will allow for blogging time, but we’ll see. If I do set up a new blog for adventures in China, I’ll probably put up an announcement and link here.
Will miss your posts that have kept me connected to the brief bit of my childhood when I visited Japan.
Will you begin a new account of your time in China?
Might you be going to the UWC there? I have a friend who is just arriving there to teach.
Thank you for commenting, and I’m happy to have provided that connection for you! I am not sure yet how much my new lifestyle in Shanghai will allow time or focus for blogging, but if I start a new blog, I’ll probably make an announcement here.
Thank you for being a dedicated reader, however recent! I’m not sure yet how much my new lifestyle will allow for blogging time, but I’ll probably continue writing in one form or another. Thankfully there’s a few hundred articles of backlog here if you few like reading more.
