Please enjoy this daily series of comics about my tea ceremony adventures while I’m on vacation! This is the last one, I’ll be back in a couple days with replies and other content.

Well done. :D How’d that Naginata match go anyway?

I only watched that day, but a few of the kids placed in their shiai and engi competitions while others had frustrating defeats. Always more to learn from! All of the other people I met at the match were pretty cool, and hopefully I can join in next time. ^_^

Make sure to draw it out, kay? Oh, if you ever decide to make a comic/manga book about your ALT life…I’ll buy it.

Aw, thanks! Except I have no experience with the life of an ALT. ^^; As a CIR I’m lucky if I see the same group of kids twice! That said, I would probably have gotten involved with martial arts and tea and stuff regardless of which position I came in under; there would just be a lot more classroom material to work with.

Ah, that’s right. Well, if you ever make a “Life and Times of CIRs”, I’ll buy it. Don’t need classroom material, just your life is enough.

Sorry to hear you had technical difficulties, but thank you for visiting and commenting anyway! It’s nice to know people appreciate reading about the naginata, since it’s not as well-known as other Japanese martial arts. : )
